SOWERS HOUSE

The Sowers House is a riverfront house with a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, living room, and individually controlled air conditioning.  Maximum capacity is 10 guests.  Sleeping accommodations include 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and 3 bunk beds. (A pull-out couch in the living room may be used to increase occupancy from 10 guests to 12.)  Kitchen is equipped with full-size refrigerator, oven/stove, dishes, pots, pans, cooking/eating utensils, coffee pot and microwave oven.  We provide 1 set of towels per guest, and beds are made before your arrival. WiFi, onsite parking for trailers, trucks and ATVs, and wood for the firepits are all included at no additional cost to our guests. *Bring additional wood if you plan to use firepits frequently.  PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE SOWERS HOUSE.
